Everyone reading this will live many future lives. It matters not what religion your practice, or whether you believe in anything at all. We are all spirit at our core... and that consciousness, or awareness does not die when your body decays. Instead, as has been validated, corroborated, detailed and described by literally millions of spiritually transformative experiences over the course of human history... when your body dies, your soul is free. There are lots of different theories about how reincarnation works. My own experience with hundreds of clients, and thousands of intimate, enlightening and inspirational experiences with people who describe what they remember strongly suggests that the process works something like this: Your body dies. You have something akin to a traditional description of an NDE (near death experience) Your soul or spirit or energy body settles in a sacred space that most matches the kind of karma you accumulated in your most recent lifetimes. You have a soul level life review. You now remember the "reason" that you incarnated in the first place. You see the other souls or spirit family that you are most closely aligned with... and you get a sense of what they are doing, where they are now, and what is left to learn for all of you. You choose whether to reincarnate again in a human body... to either continue growing, going and flowing with your spiritual soul group or family, or you continue to learn your lessons in the ethereal realm. Of course, to many people... all of the above sounds like new age nuttiness and spiritual silliness. It did to me at one time as well... but it truly matters not what you believe. You ARE a spiritual being having a human experience and not the other way around. This life is but a fraction of the experience of being ALIVE, awake and aware, and as most who experience it will admit... the next "world" is much more intense, alive and "real" than this one is, and the lessons we learn here are only meant to be a small part of our unique individual spiritual journey. So why does all of this matter? Because the more consciousness you cultivate in this life... the more connected you are to those you care about in the next. Your KARMA is a collective thing... and what you do here impacts far more than just yourself. We are all our brothers keeper so to speak... and your spiritual family depends on you to live well, do good, and awaken to your authentic purpose along the way. The key to remembering your past lives is super simple. It's not. about reading more articles like this one. It's about living your "dharma" or true spiritual path. You can only do that by first opening yourself up to the idea that you HAVE a true purpose, and passion and a unique personal path to pursue. Get involved with a spiritual circle or community that uplifts you. Understand that EVERYTHING you do has a spiritual or soul level consequence.
