It is a rough and dangerous river which has taken the lives of many who chose to risk it. Every year the news media reports the crashing of boats on the rocks or kids braving the ice chunks. The mouth of the river is a place called Camp Ellis. Just a few weeks ago during a major storm a few houses collapsed as Camp Ellis with the help of the river, is slowly eroding away into the ocean. I once went on a fishing trip with my father. We went to a popular fishing spot at a place called the Skeleton Dam. The water was deep there, so it was the perfect spot for catching trout. There were a few people there that day, including an old man who my father just happened to know from his own childhood. They talked for a little while. He, at one point, turned to me and said, "You know this river is cursed don't you?" Of course I didn't, but I was sure about to find out. As it turns out, there is an old legend in southern Maine regarding the early English settlers and the Saco River. The story goes like this. Back in the summer of 1675, a group of drunken sailors, anchored off the coast of what is now southern Maine came across a young Native American mother in a canoe with her child. There had been tales circulating around that an Indian baby could swim from birth, so the sailors decided to put this to the test. They captured the canoe, took the baby from the mother and threw him right into the water, where he drowned. When the mother returned to her tribe, she spoke with the chief who instructed the medicine man to place a curse upon the river. The curse was said to go like this. Three or more white man shall die in this river every year. He then warned me to be very careful around here. This wouldn't be the last time I heard of it either. While telling my grandmother the story, she dug out a box of 45 rpm records. There was a song about it, that she had, called the Curse of the Saco River. The song was sung by a local woman, although I do not remember who. So far, to my knowledge, this number has held true. There are also various stories about the curse of the Saco River on the web. A Google search will turn some of them up. But I can testify that if you live in southern Maine, you are bound to see news stories every year of people drowning. Perhaps it's just the nature of the beast. Perhaps it's due to the carelessness of those who brave the waters. Then again, maybe there is something to this curse after all. But even before the department of prisons actually took over the island, the military used it as a place to keep the civil war prisoners. Over the years, there have been a lot of ghost stories and sighting associated with the place. Legend says that even before the military used it, the Native Americans avoided the place as they believed it to be the home of evil sprits. Some of the most reported haunted locations in Alcatraz are the warden's house, the hospital, the laundry room, and cell block C utility door, where convicts Coy, Cretzer and Hubbard died during their escape attempt. The most haunted place is the D cell block, or the "solitary," as it was called. The peculiar thing about the D block is that the area is intensely cold, particularly cell 14-D; sometimes it is 20 degrees colder than the surrounding areas. The most horrific tale of cell block D is about a convict who began screaming the moment he was thrown in one of the cells. It is said that there was something with glowing eyes inside the cell with him. The guards, however, ignored the screams and after a while the convict stopped screaming. In the morning, the convict was found dead with finger marks around his neck. Since then, many visitors and guards have reported seeing the glowing eyes in different parts of the prison. A number of guards from 1946 to 1963 have reported seeing extraordinary things from time to time, ranging from sobbing women to horrible smells. At times, phantom prisoners have also appeared in front of the guards and their families. Over the years, many psychics have come to the island prison and all have experienced an intense sense of energy and dissatisfaction. Some claim to have had talks with tortured and dissatisfied souls, while others claim to have had ghosts touch and harm them. This actually happened to her as a young teenager. This story has been verified by other family members. Although there are certain details which I can't tell you because nobody knows, I can give you an overall idea of just how far they'll go in order to keep the secrets that even a kid can access. Her mother was, at the time, remarried to a man serving in the U.S. Air Force. They had recently moved to Arizona, and the school that she went to gave her a homework assignment, which was, simply enough, to write a report on any subject. So she decided to do a report on The Validity of Aliens and UFO's. She went home with her assignment, and began to do her research, first on a computer that she had access to, then at the library. She had been working on it for a couple of days when a man in uniform came to talk to her step-father. After a short while, her step-father came into her bedroom, took her notes, her floppy disk and a book that she had checked out of the library and gave them all to the visitor. He then told her to find something else to do a report on, and to never speak of it again. Nobody knows what was actually said between the two, as her step-father had passed away a short time later. And nobody knows who this man actually was, just someone from the base a little higher up in the ranks. The major consensus was that she had apparently accessed something that she shouldn't have, what it was exactly, nobody knows. They don't tell us things like that. All I can tell you is that she believes strongly in the existence of UFO's and Aliens. Oh, and her report was late. She got into trouble for that. Some of these ions have a net positive charge and some are negative. If there are more negative ions inside the neuron, the neuron has a negative electrical charge; conversely, if there are more positive ions inside, then the neuron has a positive electrical charge. When the neuron is resting it has a negative electrical charge. However, when the neuron gets information, an electrical signal is propagated through a network of neurons by a wave of positively charged neurons. Neurons in networks with numerous synapses and feedback loops constantly receive inputs from other neurons, integrate them and generate electrical activity patterns in response. These complex interactions allow neural circuits to process and encode information, support cognitive functions and control behavior. The neural circuits in our brain are similar to electrical circuits. Canadian psychologist, Donald Hebb, explains memory as a reactivation of the same pattern of neurons that were activated at the time of the original experience. Thinking of the Sahara desert activates one network of neurons, while thinking of rats fires up an entirely different network. Over the years, some of the neurons die or are incorporated into circuits that represent different experiences. Repeated activity between any two neurons or a network of neurons, however, strengthen their connections and the memories they represent. When one neuron is activated it tends to activate the others, which collectively re-create the original pattern that was generated during an experience. Individual neurons are involved in many different circuits and thus participate in many memories simultaneously. It is this connectivity that gives our brains the enormous capacity to encode a vast amount of information. Holographic Encoding in the Brain and Universe Following Karl Lashley's work, Karl Pribram, a neurophysiologist at Stanford, proposed that the brain stores information in the same way as interference patterns are encoded on holographic film. Every element in the original image is distributed over the entire film. Trillions of brain cells all contribute to a single memory by recording and combining all the signal patterns at once, including the sensory inputs into the brain. It is the combined firing pattern and interference of trillions of cells that defines a memory. This unique way of storage allows the brain to recall in linear sequences and at the same time access multiple memories. But it is not only the brain which encodes holographically. David Bohm, separately, recognized that the universe itself appears to be a hologram - being projected from the boundary of the universe. This idea has been taken forward more recently by physicists Gerard t' Hooft, Lee Smolin and others under the banner of "the holographic principle". This is not the only property that the human brain shares with the universe. Neural Networking in the Cosmic Brain According to the European Southern Observatory (ESO), "All recent computer-simulations of the early universe have one prediction in common: the first large-scale structures to form in the young universe are long filaments connected at their ends in 'nodes'. The models typically look like a three-dimensional spider's web, and resemble the neural structure of a brain." Now, astronomers have actually detected a "universal web" - vast filaments of hot gas tracing the web have been "seen" in the current universe. Astronomers using NASA's X-ray satellite observatory, Chandra, "viewed" the filaments stretching for millions of light years through space, with one passing through our own galaxy. Astronomers say that the filamentary structures are so hot that it would generally be invisible to optical, infrared, and radio telescopes. These invisible filaments are detected only because higher density ordinary matter tends to accumulate and condense in them - generating radiation which can be measured by scientists to confirm their existence in intergalactic space. The visible galaxies in the universe are not isolated and disconnected but are interwoven by a filamentary web-like structure - which is the invisible dark matter scaffolding of the universe. The web-like structure is both a signature feature of invisible dark matter and magnetic plasma. The appearance of this web bears an uncanny resemblance to a cross-section of the brain. (Refer: Brain vs Universe) But it is not only the morphology (i.e. structural aspects) of the large scale structure of the universe which is similar to the human brain but also the physiology (i.e. the functions). These filaments carry currents of charged particles (ions) over large distances that generate magnetic fields - similar to a nerve fiber. And they form circuits, just like the neural circuits in the brain. The high degree of connectivity is what sets the brain apart from an ordinary computer. Connectivity is also apparent in the cosmic web. Galaxies are formed when filaments pinch or cross each other. A nexus of filaments (including thousands of tiny filamentary currents) will provide the connectivity for the transfer of not only energy but information from one galactic nucleus to another. This web-like structure of filaments and vortexes is also similar to the acupuncture meridian system - which includes vortexes called "chakras". According to Dr David Tansely, "The seven major chakras are formed at points where standing lines of light (or meridians) cross each other 21 times. The 21 minor chakras are located at points where the energy strands cross 14 times." These meridians are supported by probably thousands of other smaller filamentary currents. This provides a significant amount of connectivity in our subtle bodies. Similar filamentary currents in the large-scale structure of the universe also provide a high degree of connectivity in the "cosmic brain". Over time, tiny filamentary currents grow into large filaments as the amount of current flowing through them increases; in others the current decreases according to plasma dynamics. These filaments form networks that reflect the state of the universe at a point in time. The filamentary currents therefore appear to be able to generate the same mechanics that occurs in a brain - enabling memories to be encoded. Magnetic fields are generated across vast regions of space and have been detected by astrophysicists. Electrical currents in the brain also generate magnetic fields which can be observed by measuring the magnetic fields they generate outside the skull in a technique called magneto-encephalography, or MEG. Cosmic and planetary consciousness can have a valid scientific basis once we realize that the filaments and galaxies in space, and the web-like structure of filaments and vortexes on Earth, can encode information. Surely, if we can accept an electro-chemical basis for the encoding of memories, why not an electromagnetic one in space and interpenetrating the Earth (as in computers using neural networking technology)? Earth's Brain In dark plasma theory, it was noted that the lower physical-etheric body of the Earth is also interpenetrated by a web of filaments and vortexes. This structure is even more apparent in the Earth's higher energy 3d-Double. These signature structures bear an uncanny resemblance to our brains - composed of nerve fibers punctuated with neural cell bodies. Just like in the cosmic brain, the Earth's (electromagnetic) brain provides a suitable infrastructure for the encoding of memories. From the 1930s onwards, Wilder Penfield developed a surgical procedure that allowed him to operate on a patient's exposed brain while the patient remained fully conscious. As he applied his electrode to the patient's temporal lobe, his patients described complete flashbacks to episodes earlier in his life. If music was involved, this followed the precise original tempo; the full score of which the patients would be able to hum with total accuracy - much as an autistic savant would be able to reproduce music with almost complete accuracy - like a recording on a video or compact disc. Penfield, in his book The Mystery of the Mind recounted, "They were electrical activations of the sequential record of consciousness, a record that had been laid down during the patient's earlier experience. The patient 're-lived' all that he had been aware of in that earlier period of time as in a moving-picture 'flashback'." He said, "Each time I re-stimulated, she heard the melody again. It began at the same place and went on from chorus to verse." Penfield concluded that the brain stores everything its owner has ever experienced in its original form. The flash-backs seemed to play themselves out in their proper order like scenes in a movie. "Since the electrode may activate a random sample of this strip from the distant past," he reasoned, "and since the most unimportant and completely forgotten periods of time may appear in this sampling, it seems reasonable to suppose that the record is complete and that it does include all periods of each individual's waking conscious life." But it is not only personal memories that can be accessed. Forensic psychics actually see the scene through the "eyes" of the victim (even in cases where the victim had already transited to the next universe) or assailant. Paramahansa Yogananda, a modern mystic, recounts (in his book Autobiography of a Yogi) how his consciousness, while in meditation, was transferred to a captain of a sinking ship far away. He lived the harrowing experiences of the captain for several minutes. As the dying captain slipped into unconsciousness, the locus of consciousness was transferred back to Yogananda. This not an isolated case - cases like this have been reported and documented many times. How does the brain housed in one cranium receive information from the brain of another person (dead or alive) from a different part of Earth? Some say a psychic is reading the 'Akashic records'. The Akashic Records The movie-like record of experiences that Penfield observed is similar (almost identical) to what has been observed by readers of the Akashic records and also near-death experiencers during "life-reviews". Metaphysicists have identified the records imprinted in space as the "Akashic records". These records are said to be memories encoded in the fabric of spacetime. (The term "Akashic" is derived from a Sanskrit term which means "space".) Or perhaps they are encoded within the invisible dark matter scaffolding of the universe i.e. the web-like structure of filaments and vortexes that surround and interpenetrate the universe and the Earth. According to metaphysicist, Charles Leadbeater, if the observer is not focusing on them, the Akashic records simply form the background to whatever is going on - reflecting the mental activity of a greater consciousness on a far higher plane which is accessible to us. We are in a sense living in this much larger brain. This suggests that all human beings (and other life-forms) can and do use the shared (information processing) services of Earth's "brain". Observing the dynamic and visual Akashic records would be like watching a larger brain's movie from a distance. Associative memory ensures that thoughts relating to the same matter are connected - resulting in databases and specific types of environments - as evidenced in the Akashic records. Both heaven and hell may be accessed through the Earth's brain. No doubt, this is also the basis of Carl Jung's "collective unconscious". Earth's Memory and Paranormal Imprints There is evidence that Earth encodes memories. According to the paranormal literature, ghosts sometimes do not appear to be conscious. They are completely oblivious to observers, and always look and act the same - almost like a movie being replayed over and over again. These are called "imprints" or "residual hauntings" in the paranormal literature. Paranormal researchers believe that imprints occur when a vast amount of paranormal energy is left behind and is replayed time after time at the same location and often at the same time of day. Events that trigger such an energy release are fights, murders, rapes, kidnappings, or wars. Famous examples of imprints include the many Civil War Battlefields across the United States. In the battlefields of Gettysburg Pennsylvania the roar of cannon fire and the sounds of gunshots can often be heard in the evening hours. The smell of gun powder can also sometimes be detected in and around the road where fierce fighting took place for many hours during the Battle of Antietam in Sharpsburg Maryland. It is still not generally understood how these "energy imprints" takes place. Some popular theories include the notions that the building materials "soak up the energy" of the location and replay these stored energies at a later time or it is energy stored in the atmosphere which is activated by changes in the atmosphere. According to dark plasma theory "imprints" in the paranormal literature can be attributed to interactions between our brains and the Earth's brain. Every time a person intrudes into a location in the Earth's brain in which a memory is encoded, the memory is activated and replayed - similar to the memories that were activated and replayed by Penfield when he applied an electrode to specific locations in his patients' brains. However, most of the time these activated memories remain in our subconscious - only a powerful memory (usually endowed with strong emotions) in the Earth's brain can pop-up in our conscious awareness. Psychics, however, may sense Earth's memories and are conscious of their replays more often than others. Interactions between Earth's Brain and our Brains When forensic psychics access the memory of a victim or an assailant in a crime scene; or the memory associated with a particular location, a continuous flow of information could be taking place between their brains and the "Earth's brain". This may also be true when we access the Akashic records intentionally or unintentionally. Similarly, in "group consciousness", telepathy and remote viewing, the Earth's "neural networks" may be used by the participants. When the locus of consciousness of an individual moves into the Earth's brain, the individual identity is transcended. Internalization of the Universe and Individuation Butterflies have more photo-receptors in their visual system than we do. Because of this, their visual systems are much better than ours in certain respects. While we have a big occipital lobe in our large brains to process visual information the butterfly does a superior job with brains that are mere specks two millimeters in size and which is able to process larger amounts of information coming from its more numerous photo-receptors. Scientists have no clue as to how they do it. Plants and amoeba go about their complex activities without having brains. The single-celled slime mould even solves mazes every time it is tested. Brains are made of cells but this single cell (slime mould) behaves as if it had a brain. Where is this intelligence and information processing power coming from? Many discoveries, scientific and artistic ideas come about when scientists or artists are not actively thinking about them. Where does this intelligence emanating from below our conscious radar come from? It appears that as bodies evolve brains (in particular, the cortex) that become larger (in proportion to the body) the more the life-form gets cut-off from non-local universal intelligence and has to rely on local intelligence in the brains housed within their bodies. Human beings, in particular, have become increasingly estranged from universal intelligence. We create our own universes within our brains which compete with the universal brain for our conscious attention. The memories generated by our personal universes then get fed back into Earth's brain resulting in public apparitions such as the Marian apparitions, apparitions of UFOs and other apparitions. The only times we reconnect with the universal brain is when certain persistent neural processes or circuits in our brains are intentionally (as in meditation or induced trances) or unintentionally (as in brain damage due to accidents or medical conditions) broken down or "switched off". The life-forms lower down the evolutionary chain (with no or tiny brains), however, may be using universal intelligence almost all the time. Universal Brain and Cosmic Consciousness The Earth appears to have a brain but how does it get sensory inputs? One way is to generate life-forms. The myriad of life-forms (including human beings) on Earth are in fact the many eyes and ears of the Earth. The networks of currents in the brains of life-forms are an integral part of the network of currents in Earth's brain. It is in the universe's interest to generate life-forms so that it can see, hear, taste, touch and smell and become aware of itself. If we are indeed connected to the Earth's brain, which is connected to a universal brain, it also means that we share a universal brain which can have contact with the brains of other planets that nurture life-forms that generate their own memories. The most grisly execution and thus haunting is that of the 70 year old Countess of Salisbury, the last of the Plantagenets. King Henry VIII had her executed for political reasons. The feisty Countess refused to put her head on the block like a common traitor. When her executioner came after her she ran, but was pursued by him, with his axe in hand hacking at her until he had hewn the Countess to death. Her ghost has been seen reliving this truly gruesome act. Also the shadow of a great axe has been seen falling across the scene of her murder. At one time the Tower of London was home to the Royal Menagerie. Lions, leopards, bears, birds, monkeys and an elephant, that was a gift from the King of France, were kept on exhibit. On the stroke of midnight in January of 1815 a sentry saw a bear from this menagerie emerge from a doorway. He lunged at it with his bayonet, it passed right through the apparition. The Sentry was later found unconscious, it is said he died of fright within two months of this encounter. Something unseen and very frightening is in the Salt Tower. This is one of the most haunted areas of the Tower of London complex. This is a very old section, dogs will not enter this ancient building, and ever since one of the Yeoman Warders was nearly throttled by a force unseen, they will not go in the area after nightfall. In 1864, a soldier whose post was to guard the Queen's House at the Tower of London, saw a apparition so real, that after ignoring the soldiers three challenges, he charged with all his might at the intruder with his bayonet, only to go straight through the figure. He was found unconscious at his post and was court-martialled for neglecting his duty. Luckily there were two witnesses who corroborated his story. The soldier was eventually acquitted. Lady Jane Grey is another tragic story of a young life cut short at the Tower, due to the actions of others the most despicable of who was her own father. She was the granddaughter of Mary (Henry VIII younger sister) and Louis XII of France. The Duke of Northumberland would lose everything if Henry VIII's son was to die and Mary, who was Catholic, would become queen. He and her father arranged her marriage to his son and persuaded her cousin Edward VI to name her his successor in case of his death instead of his two half-sisters. When Edward VI died she was crowned Queen of England, but the supporters of Mary overthrew her. Her own father got scared and in hopes to save his own skin, left the Tower of London and went to Tower Hill to proclaim Mary I, as the Queen of England, Lady Jane never left the tower; she and her husband were immediately imprisoned and sentenced to death. Queen Mary carried out the execution of Lady Jane's father-in-law but set both Jane and her husband free. Her father was involved in a rebellion against Mary I, Lady Jane and her husband were again placed in the tower. Lady Jane watched as her husband was taken to Tower Hill where he was beheaded. She saw his body being carried back to the chapel, after which she was taken to Tower Green where she was beheaded. She was only 17 years old. Lady Jane Grey's ghost was last seen by two Guardsmen on February 12, 1957, the 403rd anniversary of her execution. She was described as a "white shape forming itself on the battlements". Her husband, Guildford Dudley, has been seen in Beauchamp Tower weeping. Catherine Howard escaped from her room in the Tower of London. "She ran down the hallway screaming for help and mercy. She was caught and returned to her room." The next day she was beheaded. Her ghost has been seen sill running down the hallway screaming for help. Other strange sightings at the Tower of London have been "Phantom funeral carriages" and "A lovely veiled lady that, upon closer look proves to have a black void where her face should be." Briefly taking a glimpse into a past so horrid. Of haunting tales and ghastly ends that awaited so many of her most famous occupants. Firing your imagination, so that you will delve deeper into her history for yourselves. During her long and illustrious 900 years, The Tower of London has developed into one of the most haunted places in Britain. She has been home to beheadings and murders, torture and hangings, as well as being a prison to Queens and Nobles alike. Thomas A. Becket is "the first reported sighting of a ghost at the Tower of London." During the construction on the Inner Curtain Wall in the 13th century, Thomas appeared apparently unhappy about the construction, and it is said he reduced the wall to rubble with a strike of his cross. Henry III's grandfather was responsible for the death of Thomas Becket, so Henry III wasted no time building a chapel in the Tower of London, naming it for the archbishop. This must have pleased Thomas' ghost because there were no further interruptions during the construction of the wall. The Bloody Tower was the scene of the infamous disappearance of the two princes; Edward V (12) and Richard Duke of York (10), who are thought to have been murdered in 1483 on the probable command of the Duke of Gloucestershire, who was to be crowned Richard the III. According to one story, guards in the late 15th century, who were passing the Bloody Tower, spotted the shadows of two small figures gliding down the stairs still wearing the white night shirts they had on the night they disappeared. They stood silently, hand in hand, before fading back into the stones of the Bloody Tower. These figures were identified as the ghosts of the two princes. In 1674 workmen found a chest that contained the skeletons of two young children, they were thought to be the remains of the princess, and were given a royal burial not long afterwards. The story of the little princes is still to this day a heartbreaking story. They are "among the most poignant ghosts" in the Tower of London. The most persistent ghost in The Tower of London is the ghost of Queen Anne Boleyn. The King, Henry VIII, after learning the baby she carried for nine months was a boy and still born, accused by her of infidelity. She was taken to TOWER GREEN and was beheaded on May 19, 1536. Queen Anne appears near the Queen's House, close to the site where her execution was carried out. She can be seen leading a ghostly procession of Lords and Ladies down the aisle of the Chapel Royal of St. Peter ad Vincula. She floats down the aisle to her final resting place. Queen Anne is buried under the Chapel's altar. Her headless body has also been seen walking the corridors of the Tower. Sir Walter Raleigh lived quite comfortable compared to others who were imprisoned within the walls of the Bloody Tower. His "rooms" are still furnished as they were in the 16th century, and can be seen when visiting the Tower today. He was executed by James I, and has been seen looking exactly as he does in his portrait hanging in the Bloody Tower. I hope you have enjoyed Pt1 to The Ghosts of The Tower of London. The short answer is that no one knows. Yet it is one of the most ubiquitous of all anomalous aerial phenomena taking place in our skies today. Debunkers will tell you it is ball lightening or flares attached to helium balloons by hoaxers or Chinese lanterns released by party goers. That may be true in a handful of cases but can either fly at over 800 miles per hour and stop on a dime or hover for hours in a terrible wind? Is it common for military jets to chase Chinese lanterns and helium balloons? And then there is the apparent intelligence that seems to accompany these orbs. They merge, they separate, they form geometric patterns like triangles and rectangles and star constellations, they blink out and return and some alleged contactees even claim telepathic communication with them. Conspiracy theorists will suggest they are plasma ball weapons being developed by DARPA or some other U.S. Government Agency. Boeing Phantom Works is rumored to be working on these Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) for the military but maintaining large plasma balls suspended in the atmosphere for hours or guiding them on trajectories in groups of up to 30 at speeds faster than the speed of sound is still science fiction at this point. Yet it is happening in our skies with or without Boeing's participation! The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) will not classify them as Unidentified Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and requires Field Investigators to label them as "Unknown Others" in their reports. When searching reports, MUFON doesn't even use the term orb. The closest you can come to a classification in their database is circle or sphere. Yet if one goes to the MUFON sighting database (and anyone can, dear reader) there are reports on a daily basis flowing in from around the globe and even some with some very good video evidence to back up the sightings. Are they technological craft, some sort of biological entity or a little bit of both? To be clear, these utterly silent Orange Orbs traipsing about our skies are not to be confused with the small paranormal orbs often seen in photographs surrounding people in cemeteries and supposed haunted houses. These are objects of advanced technological capability yet on occasions when they have been seen close up they seem to be molten pulsating blobs of energy or biomass with faint outlines of something possibly mechanical but almost invisible about them like a shell. In 2008, the British Ministry of Defense released their so called X-Files and among the generous amount of information released was this nugget about Orange Orbs: "That Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP or UFO) Exist is indisputable. Credited with the ability to hover, land, take off, accelerate to astonishing velocities and vanish. They can reportedly alter their direction of flight suddenly and clearly can exhibit aerodynamics characteristics well beyond those of any known aircraft or missile - either manned or unmanned. The Conditions for the initial formation and sustaining of what are apparently buoyant charged masses (of Plasma), which can form, separate, merge, hover, climb, dive, and accelerate are not completely understood. Dependent on a color's temperature and aerosol density, it may be seen visually, either by itself generated plasma color, by reflected light, or silhouette by light blockage and background contrast. Occasionally and perhaps exceptionally, it seems a field with undetermined characteristics can exist between certain charged buoyant objects in loose formation, the intervening space between them forms an area, viewed as a shape, often Triangular, from which the reflection of light does not occur. This is a key finding in the attribution of what have frequently been called black "Craft", often triangular and up to hundreds of feet in length. And while sightings of these orbs are proliferating all over the globe especially in the past two years, their presence is not new. Some researchers believe them to be incarnations of the famous and mysterious Foo Fighters seen over the skies of Germany by Allied pilots in World War II. In his 1954 book, " Flying Saucers on the Attack", author Harold T. Wilkins recounts the harrowing WWII episode of U.S 415th Night Squadron pilot Lieut. David McFalls 20 miles north of Strasbourg, Germany on December 22, 1944: "At 0600 (6 pm) near Hagenau, at 10,000 feet altitude, two very bright lights climbed towards us from the ground. They leveled off and stayed on the tail of our plane. They were huge bright orange lights. They stayed there for two minutes. On my tail all the time. They were under perfect control. Then they turned away from us, and the fire seemed to go out. " Newspaper clippings from all over the world harvested by UFOlogists like Cris Aubeck and Jacques Vallee clearly show evidence of an Orange Orb presence in the 19th and early 20th century long before Nazi scientists and engineers were harvested by the Americans after the war for their space program. So one an not conclude Foo Fighters were secret weapons of Russian, German or American design. In the India Gazette of July 1832, we receive the following report of orange orbs: Meteors of 23rd June and 24th July 1832, observed at Delhi and Meerut. An extraordinary large meteor or rather three balls of fire at first rose out of the Est Southeast horizon on the 23rd of last month, and after rising to an elevation of about 15 degrees joined into one forming a large ball of brilliant fire nearly as big as a full moon in the meridian and passed over an arc of the heavens aboutb 115 degrees before it vanished in the West Northwest. The light was very brilliant." And on October 2, 1907 in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania the exact same occurrence happened as follows: A remarkable story is told of a phenomenon in the heavens last night about 6:30 that is vouched for by the foreman of The Star (the reporting newspaper) and a friend who witnessed it. While they were standing talking near Frank's Tavern a brilliant golden ball of fire appeared suddenly in the northern part of the sky, remained stationary just a moment and then dividing itself into 3 distinct balls of almost equal size of brilliant and flaming beauty moved slowly and with graceful downward curve across the sky. Except for its gigantic appearance it resembled the appearance of a sky rocket with its beautiful play of bright colors. As the three stars moved over the sky a pale lambent trail was left in their wake much resembling the description of a comet. The mysterious stars disappeared behind the eastern horizon... " Again in the Kapunda Herald, Australia of March 16, 1880 it is recorded that: A resident of this town informs us that a strange phenomenon occurred on Monday morning March 15th. At five minutes to 4 o'clock a star appeared to be burning brightly in the north-eastern heavens about 45 degrees above the horizon. Immediately afterwards it shot with immense rapidity towards the southwest but became motionless while still high above the horizon. It burned fitfully with a reddish glare for a quarter of an hour and then slowly set in the southwest as brilliant as when it first appeared. There is even a mention of orbs in April of 1676: "In Offenburg a comet has been seen, which looked like a flaming sword with the blade pointing to the west. Alongside it was a star and two bloody red spheres". Source: Extraordinaires Maanedlige Relationer, April 1676 Even the U.s. Air force Project Sign (AKA Project Saucer later Project Grudge later Project Bluebook) has a letter from Major General Cabell (Air Force head General Vandenburg's second in command to dated November 3, 1948 to a Colonel McvCoy inquiring about UFOs. Colonel McCoy responds on November 8th specifically stating: "The objects described fall into the following generl calssification groups according to shape or general configuration. a.) Flat disc or circular or approximately circular shape. b) Torpedo or cigar shaped aircraft with no wings or fins visible in flight c) Spherical or balloon shaped objects d) Balls of light with no apparent form attached It is item d) that we are concerned with! Lake Erie, in particular, has been a hot bed of sightings as early as 1867 with the Native American tribes in the area calling them Wizard Lights suggesting an even earlier presence there. So let's begin our investigation here in Lake Erie. Enter Michael Lee Hill 2006 Beginning in 2006, a musician named Michael Lee Hall who lived near the shores of Lake Erie began to video tape Orange Orbs appearing in the skies. His videos are clear and crisp and plentiful. Check them out on YouTube. Michael, to some in the UFOlogy community, has diminished his status by his unsubstantiated claims that he is an alien hybrid descended from the Annanuki with special blood. That blood was sent for analysis by Bill Birnes on the now defunct UFO Hunters television program and returned with certain extraordinary results that in no way prove he is alien - just rich in an enzyme called Creatine Kenase which some UFOlogists consider a trademark side effect of an abductee's experience. MUFON also investigated his Lake Erie Orange Orb sightings and concluded they were merely airplanes Michael was filming. This conclusion was subsequently vigorously challenged as Lake Erie is a no-fly zone since 9/11 because of the Perry Nuclear Plant on its shores near Cleveland. Enter Robert Bigelow 2010 Michael Lee Hill has made some extraordinary if not outlandish claims on many UFOlogy blogs, web community pages and TV shows but one is very interesting and somewhat plausible. He claims that in 2010 an investigator for Bigelow Aerospace Corporation named Gary Hernandez contacted him concerning his orb sightings requesting that Michael divulge the coordinates of his orb sighting locations. A search of LinkedIn.com reveals that indeed a Gary Hernandez with an extensive law enforcement background did work for Bigelow as an investigator on "Classified Projects" from 2010 till 2011. If the claim is true it casts Orange Orbs in a whole new light. Robert Bigelow is a billionaire real estate developer from Nevada that made his fortune with his hotel chain holdings. His aerospace company has launched two modules for the International Space Station. He sees a future for his company in space tourism. Mr. Bigelow also has an interest in UFOs. It stems from childhood when his grandparents were almost killed in their car evading an Orange Orb in their path. His now defunct National Institute for Discovery Science collected UFO sightings (especially Black Triangle sightings) until 2004. In 2009, Mr. Bigelow entered into a much maligned and ill-fated financial partnership with MUFON (a non-profit) which quickly came undone. Mr. Bigelow also owns the infamous Skinwalker Ranch which is a hot bed of cattle mutilations and Orange Orb sightings. And an even more telling fact is that the Federal Aviation Administration now defers UFO sightings by pilots to Bigelow Aerospace. The point of all this is that we have a billionaire aerospace tycoon apparently interested in the coordinates in the Lake Erie Orange Orb sightings. If they are just airplanes like MUFON says - why? If Michael Lee Hill is a charlatan - why? Perhaps it is an attempt to intercept and retrieve one especially if it were extraterrestrial technology? That's why! Enter Terry Ray 2014 Terry Ray is a MUFON Field Investigator from Pennsylvania. I met him at the Pittsburgh MUFON Conference in October and he is a very nice man. Terry wrote a book this year with a very, very long title called "The Complete Story of The Worldwide Invasion of Orange Orbs" available from Sunbury Press. It is a three part book beginning and ending with his investigation into the phenomenon sandwiching some 200 actual reports submitted to MUFON and elsewhere in the middle of the book. Perhaps Terry's greatest achievement in his investigation into the phenomenon is his sighting map based on thousands of MUFON Case sightings over the past few years. Terry has determined that these orb sightings are increasing exponentially and that they are visible over every major American city in an apparent attempt to be seen by as many people as possible. Their objective, it seems, may be to slowly acclimate humans to their presence if indeed they are extraterrestrial. They avoid one city completely however and that is Washington D.C. Are they avoiding confrontation with our military? Would Chinese lanterns and helium balloons with flares attached be so discerning? Terry also believes these orbs come from underwater bases and that they are frequently seen along the Atlantic Coast on their nightly maneuvers and seen also (not surprisingly) en masse over Lake Erie and Atlantic Ocean locations like Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.! Terry believes they are extraterrestrial and that seems to be the growing consensus. I am a MUFON Field Investigator and of the 50 odd cases I have investigated this year about 40% have been Orange Orb sightings over New Jersey. MUFON Case 5937 on August 14, 2014 is perhaps the most sensational I have worked on although there is no video or photographic evidence. The object when far away was clearly an Orange Orb. The object was first seen at close range by the witness at no more than ten feet away. It was a churning glowing orange globule suspending itself in mid-air with the faint outline of a bell around it almost invisible to the naked eye. The witness gave specific dimensions to it being about 8 feet tall by 5 feet wide. It was shaped like a bell or a jelly fish. It hovered near an outdoor electrical transformer just outside her back yard possibly in an attempt to siphon energy off it. When it became aware of her presence it began to back away and accelerate up displaying sentience and awareness of her presence. On August 24, 2014 MUFON Case 59219 witnesses in Ouachita, Louisiana described the same object as seen in NJ in Case 59379. They stated "My wife and I noticed an orange see-through bell shaped object about 200 to 300 feet above the ground, headed north then turned 90 degrees east. No sound at all, watched it until it disappeared." The witnesses drew a very accurate diagram of the bell shaped plasma ball. When comparing case 59219 and 59379 to Michael Lee Hill's initial 2006 encounter with the Orange Orbs we get a strikingly similar description of an Orb close-up. Michael stated it looked like a top hat and being more specific he added: "It looked like a flat platform made of glowing plasma red, you could make out the edges very well, they were not blurry. On top of this platform sat what looked like a glowing sun, kind of like a ball of plasma that was around the size of a small plane. The ball was about 1/3 the length of the bottom part. Just picture a line with a ball on top and that is what it looked like, the line part about ten feet thick I would say." Three close encounters with Orange Orbs and all very similar. They seem to be balls of churning energy with a faint outline of something larger surrounding that energy. The outline is large and flat at the bottom and smaller and rounded as you progress towards the top. It may be coincidence but on December 9, 1965 in Kecksburg Pennsylvania just such an odd shaped object crashed in the woods outside of town attracting a quick and overwhelming military response. Whatever the object was, it was carted away on a flatbed truck never to be seen again. And another even more intriguing coincidence emerges from the realm of conspiracies about bell shaped orange orbs. In 2000, Polish weapons expert Igor Witkowski published a book entitled "The Truth about the Wonder Weapon." It details his experience speaking with a former Nazi SS Officer named Jakob Sporrenberg who tells Mr. Witkowski about the now infamous Nazi experiment called The Bell (Die Glocke). What Die Glocke was and whether it ever really existed or not are questions for debate but when taken in the context of bell shaped Orange Orbs in our skies travelling in truly mysterious circumstances, one must wonder if the Nazis were indeed working on some sort of transportation platform using exotic technology possibly reverse engineered form a purported crashed UFO in Germany before WWII. If Mr. Witkowski is to be believed, then many German scientists lost their lives contributing to this experiment. Additionally, it is assumed that it fell into American hands at the end of the war. Was The Bell an advanced propulsion system or something even more exotic like a time machine as has been suggested? Was Die Glocke the object that crashed in Kecksburg in 1965? Was Die Glocke the object seen in a New Jersey backyard in 2014'S MUFON Case # 59379? We don't know but we see patterns emerging. One more case to make a point. MUFON Case 57701 from July 5, 2014 in Eatontown, NJ. The witness asserts that after seeing an Orange Orb cross the sky "Within a few minutes, multiple fast moving aircraft were seen flying in the same direction as the unidentified object flew." Eatontown, NJ is just north of McGuire Air Force Base. The Air Force is adamant that they don't investigate UFOs yet time after time we have apparent jet fighters scrambling after UAVs in MUFON database reports. This has been going on since the 1940s and they never seem to catch those things!!! So how long have they been here? A few centuries or a whole lot more? Over 3,500 years ago in ancient Egypt, Pharaoh Thothmosis III committed to papyrus an account of possible extraterrestrials in his skies as follows: "In the year 22, of the 3rd month of winter, six hour of the day, the scribes' archivists or chronicles, or annalists, of the House of Life found that there was a circle of fire coming in the sky... (but) it had no head. From its mouth came a breath that stank. One rod long was its body and a rod wide and it was noiseless. And the hearts of the scribes became terrified and confused, and they laid themselves flat on their bellies... They reported to the Pharaoh. His Majesty ordered... has been examined... and he was meditating on what had happened and which is recorded in papyri of the House of Life. Now, after some days had gone by, behold, these things became more numerous in the skies than ever. They shone more than the brightness of the Sun and extended to the limits of the four supports (quarters) of the heavens... Dominating in the sky was the station of these fiery-circles. The army of the Pharaoh looked on with him in their midst. It was after supper. Thereupon these fire fire-circles ascended higher in the sky towards the south." "Fishes and winged animals or bird fell from the sky. A marvel never before known since the foundation of this land! And Pharaoh caused incense to be brought to make peace on Earth... And what happened was ordered by the Pharaoh to be written in the annals of the House of Life... so that it be remembered forever." Was this the initial arrival of the orange orbs to earth? Perhaps they were extraterrestrial visitors looking for a new home. In the 3,500 years since their arrival they have not seemed to have caused any problems with earth. Are they a race of beings looking to peacefully co-exist with earthlings? Are they machines? Are they living biological entities? And what of their affinity for water? It has long been speculated that they have underwater bases near Myrtle Beach and Lake Erie. Why? Since WWII they have been spotted worldwide from the Pacific to the Atlantic to the Arctic to the Tasmanian Sea!!! Is there something about water that soothes them or helps cool their engines or in some way provides sustenance for them? Take the unusual sighting of lights below the ocean surface from this past summer. A congregation of orange orbs under the surface in the Pacific perhaps? From the Daily Mail of August 26, 2014: A pilot and his co-pilot have spotted a mysterious orange and red glow over the Pacific Ocean. The strange lights were spotted south of the Russian peninsula Kamchatka during the flight of a Boeing 747-8 from Hong Kong to Anchorage, Alaska. And while no explanation has yet been given, it's thought that they may have originated from the explosion of a huge volcano under the surface of the ocean. Dutch pilot JPC van Heijst explained... how, five hours into the ten-hour flight, they spotted an intense flash of light like a lightning bolt, directed vertically up in the distance. This was then followed by a deep red and orange glow 20 minutes later. And the experience left van Heijst somewhat perturbed, owing to the lack of an explanation for what happened. Together with his co-pilot van Heijst says they felt 'everything but comfortable', while no other aircraft were nearby to confirm the sighting. 'We reported our observations to Air Traffic Control and an investigation into what happened in this remote region of the ocean is now started,' he added. While we are far from solving the Orange Orb enigma we now, at least, have questions we can ask. Are they extraterrestrial? Are they friendly? Are they time machines or inter-dimensional transportation machines? Are they secret government black operations projects like anti-gravity propulsion systems? Are they machines at all or are they alive? We don't know... YET! So what exactly is an Orange Orb? The short answer is that no one knows. He described the debris to appear as Aluminum Foil, but he noticed when you were to bend the material it would bounce back to its original form. As soon as his Commanding officer heard that he secretly took some debris home with him, the commanding officer made him hold pieces of a weather balloon to convince the public it was nothing more than a failed weather balloon. This was the start of the UFO cover up. Have you noticed an advance of technology during the 1950's well Conspiracy theorists think that we achieved this level of technology by the United States Government using and modifying extraterrestrial technology. Conspiracy Theorists say that night vision goggles were most likely built from the eye of an extraterrestrial pilot. All of this technology has been achieved a few years after the Roswell incident occurred. Several men like Boyd Bushman have come forward during their last months before dying revealing all sorts of Government secrets. Bushman claimed he experienced and worked with extraterrestrial technology. Bushman also claimed that he visited the mysterious Military Base known as Area 51 which was not acknowledged as an actual place until 2013 when the CIA revealed its existence. While working at Area 51 he claimed to have met several extraterrestrial beings. He also supplied the interviewers with photos of alien beings. One being called J-rod, which was the nickname the workers at area 51 gave this alien since they did not speak the same language. They also had to develop a different type of way for them to communicate. The wow signal was another sign of alien life detected on August 15th 1977 by Jerry Ehman while working on an SETI project at the Big Ear Radio telescope of the Ohio State University. The signal also was claimed to had lasted 72 seconds. Which is the longest recorded signal recorded. While Jerry was reviewing the data he was so impressed he wrote Wow! On the side of the paper. Which gave the Wow signal its name. The Canadian Politician known as Paul Hellyer revealed that the U.S has been working with aliens, and also revealed that aliens had been visiting earth for thousands of years.
