Astral projection is the term for what is commonly called out-of-body experience or OBE. Dimensions and worlds exist all around us every day and most people are unaware of their existence. All nonphysical dimensions are levels of existence vibrating at a higher frequency than the physical universe. That means that the planes of existence are invisible and undetectable to the five senses and to all scientific means available. A unique ability that can be acquired through practice is "Astral Sight". This ability allows one to see into the astral dimension. This ability may also be used naturally by those individuals that possess some clairvoyant ability. "Astral Sight" allows the observer to see other projectors, thought forms, astral beings, wildlife, and spirit beings. As you can see this ability may seem unbelievable to most but I can assure you it exists from personal experience. A very interesting place than can be visited within the astral planes is the "Akashic Records". Reaching the Akashic Records can be as simple or as hard as you make it. One of the most important factors that determines your success is the ability to silence your minds inner thoughts. It is a skill that has to be learned but I can assure you, the reward is well worth the effort. Another piece of useful knowledge I want to share with you is that it is very important when trying to reach the Akashic Records that you are in a place of love. Astral projection is a very useful skill to possess when trying to reach the Akashic records and will benefit you tremendously. My goal in this article is to help increase your personal spiritual growth. Astral projecting can be facilitated by the technology of binaural beats. Binaural beats have sound waves consisting of two distinct signals that are relayed to the ears with head phones. When these two signals are heard simultaneously by the ears it causes the brain to create a 3rd frequency to compensate the difference. All binaural beats are designed for the purpose that best suits the situation. For example, an astral projection binaural beat would be designed so that the difference between the two signals will be somewhere between 4 and 7 Hz. Using binaural beats while learning astral projection is a great way to make the whole process much easier. Astral Projection: 7 Step Technique Step 1 Choose a time during the day that is most comfortable to you. Stretch and lie down in a comfortable and quiet room of you choice. Step 2 Take a moment to focus on what you are about to do. Make it clear to yourself what you want to achieve and try your best to minimize distracting thoughts by coming back to your focus. Step 3 Concentrate on relaxing your physical body for several minutes. Make sure to relax each body part as you go deeper into a relaxed state. Step 4 Begin listening to your astral projection binaural beats with your headphones. I would suggest you set your player on repeat. Step 5 As you fall deeper and deeper into a trance state try to focus on the center of your fore head. The ideal place would be exactly where your third eye chakra is located. Imagine seeing a dot about 6 inches away from you third eye chakra and try to keep your focus on that position. Step 6 Now you should be in a total relaxed state mentally and physically. Remember, in order for a projection to take place it is important to have your mind awake and body asleep. When you finally reach the stage of feeling tingling all throughout your body, you are experiencing the symptoms of an OBE. All you have to do now is relax and remain calm until the tingling vibrations stop. Step 7 Step 7 is perhaps the most difficult step to accomplish. The tingling sensations will advance into a more serious vibration sensation all throughout your body. The illusion of your heart rate increasing is also a common symptom experience by beginners. It is crucial to remain calm and relaxed while you are experiencing these symptoms. To leave your body imagine that there is a rope hanging from above you.
