Even though I was a very normal kid, with a very normal family, each night I would be terrified to go to bed from fear. I would have vivid dreams of horrifying events such as my house burning down, with Satan himself looking into my room, laughing. Most of these nightmares had Satan in them, and I often woke up not knowing what to do, or what caused these nightmares. After a while, I started noticing something very peculiar. Every morning, I was waking up at exactly 3 A.M.; not one minute more, not one minute less. Every morning, nightmare or not, I was beginning to awaken, and see the big red LED's glowing on my alarm clock telling me again, I had awoken at the same time. This in itself was very frightening, but I had always managed to get back to sleep. After around a week of noticing this, some very peculiar events began to happen. One particular morning, I woke up with no nightmare at the prompt time of 3 A.M. I was trying to go back to sleep, when I heard some odd noises. I heard what sounded like a side door in my kitchen, 3 rooms away from me, slam shut. I thought this was very odd, as everyone in my house was asleep. My heartbeat quickened instantly, and sleep seemed very distant to me. I waited, trying to block out anything I might hear, and hid my head under the covers. A few minutes passed, and I heard a stranger sound- something that of dropping a penny on a metal surface. Again, this sound radiated from my kitchen. I closed my eyes, and tried to calm myself down so I could get to sleep and forget what was happening. Seconds later, I felt my feet getting extremely cold, and tucked them underneath my covers. The cold spread to my body- and I was frozen with fear. Two rooms away from mine, my living room, I heard the sliding of a chair on a tile surface. I found this very odd, as we have a carpeted living room. Things were starting to get more active, and I was frozen with fear still. At the climax of things, I heard 5 loud stomps coming into the hallway outside of my room, and stopped right outside my door. My heart was beating almost outside of my chest, as I curled up into a ball and prayed that the experience stop. I couldn't sleep that morning, and waited two hours until my father got up to go to work. At this point, I felt comfortable enough to sleep, and did. Since this incident, I have gotten increasingly better about nightmares. The following days, I still woke up at 3 A.M. in the morning for another week or so. Every now and then, I will still experience minor oddities. Recently, I was brushing my teeth and the bathroom door close shut all by itself. Things like this have made me believe in ghosts- even if I never caught a glimpse. In many cases hearing is believing- just as much as sight. To this day, if I wake up in the early morning, I sometimes will turn the television on to keep my mind off of this particular incident, and sleep with it on. I'm not fond of repeating this occurrence to anyone, as it invokes old memories I wish to forget. For instance, they're not "caught between worlds." And they don't need us to help them "move on." They're exactly where they're supposed to be. You don't honestly think that God, the Creator of the Universe, would leave their eternal fate in your and my hands, do you? You CAN say that they are "earthbound," but that's because their consciousness never left the earth. And when you die, yours won't either. We're all right here together forever. That's just the nature of the afterlife. Yes, knowing the laws of the afterlife can make these things a lot clearer. Lately, I've been researching what folks believe about ghosts and hauntings. I've investigated the investigations. Repeatedly I've read, "We don't use ouija boards, séances, mediums or occult methods." Yet it's common for ghost researchers to accept, as an underlying condition of their investigations, the erroneous claims of psychics, mediums, and channels. I'm referring to such concepts as "caught between worlds," "unfinished business," "earthbound souls," and ghost children in distress. At the same time ominous warnings urge vigilant caution in case non-human demons and malevolent entities are encountered. Oh, and don't forget the Hollywood expression, "Go to the light." Scientific research can't be conducted properly on a foundation of superstition. Let me tell you some things that are true about ghosts. Actually there are only two kinds of ghosts: real and not-real. The real ghosts are everywhere. They're in your home, in your car, in your school, and in your dreams. Ghost researchers call these interactive ghosts. I call them soul-ghosts, or disincarnate souls. I don't care for the term, disembodied because they do have a body. We just can't see it for the same reason that we can't see sound waves and ultraviolet light. They're outside the range of our sentient boundary. Soul-ghosts are interactive. They reach out to you, and you feel no fear ... absolutely none. They envelop you in a blanket of warm fuzzies. Real ghosts can be mistaken for angels. This isn't a paranormal experience. It's a supernatural and spiritual experience. The not-real ghosts seem to be everywhere too, but only for people that believe they exist, or at least believe that they might exist. They rarely bother unbelievers. Ghost researchers call the not-real ghosts ... residual ghosts. These ghosts seem to defy the Law of Conservation of Matter and Energy because they pop in and out of existence like virtual particles. The appearance of this type of ghost can be explained by quantum physics. From the Copenhagen Interpretation, which states that nothing is real until you look at it, to the holographic theory of the universe, all ghosts abide by the laws of quantum physics. People that experience residual ghosts say that they seem to be caught in a time-loop replaying the same scene over and over. The above mentioned physics also apply to residual ghosts but with the addition of Schrodinger's equations. For every "now" that we experience, a positive wave flows into the future and a negative wave flows into the past like concentric ripples created by a rock thrown into a pond. The fact that some people experience residual ghosts is due to normal functions of human consciousness. Although some might rather think of it as a "glitch." Residual ghosts are unusual and fascinating experiences with natural causes. Briefly, a few more types of not-real ghosts are poltergeists, demons, and shadow people. Abnormal psychology applies to poltergeists and demons. The physiology of the eye accounts for shadow people. So, what's the truth about ghosts? Do they exist? Yes, of course they do. Can the scientific method be used to investigate them? Yes, they use measurable amounts of energy. Can you record their voices and photograph ghosts? Yes, but one needs to be alert to pattern recognition tendencies. The science of ghost investigation has the potential to make a huge difference in a society still tormented by superstition and fear. You have the equipment. You have the rationale. And you have the compassionate desire to help others. These are the beings which are short, have big heads, large black eyes and skinny bodies. There are many references to them in our history, art and in our stories. The Byzantine Empire was around from 330 AD to 1453 AD. You may be wondering what these two fact could possibly have in common. I have a reason for mentioning both. Recently I have come across an artifact. The artifact is a small Byzantine cross, the type which hangs from a chain around one's neck. The cross is really a crucifix, but one with a huge difference. This crucifix does not have the Christ on it, it has a Gray being crucified. I do not know the age of it, but it is clearly old. At first I thought it might have been an image which was so worn it just looked that way, but on further examination of the figure one can clearly see the shape of the head is bulbous and not the shape of a human head, but fits the accepted shape of a Gray's head. The eyes look very large and seem to be of the same shape we have pictured a Gray's eyes to look. There is a link at the end of this article to photos of the Gray. The figure on the crucifix seems to be dressed in a robe of some type, which is also not traditional. It is hard to tell the material the crucifix is made from, but a cursory inspection makes me think it is bronze. If the crucifix is what it seems to be, a portrayal of a Gray being crucified, why was it created? Is there some sort of message here? Another question which has to be asked is, was it made by a human? It is amazing to me that no one else paid any attention to this artifact during the at least 600 years or so of its existence. It could even be up to 1,800 years old. There are a lot of strange artifacts in the world and quite frankly I didn't expect to find one. Talking about strange things, I would like to talk about the Black Knight satellite again. The satellite was named after a British launch of a satellite, but has nothing to do with that. Nikola Tesla stated he had intercepted radio signals from space back in 1899. He had no idea where they came from and a few years later Marconi also intercepted radio signals from space. Today most believe both interceptions were from the same object. There is a lot of history about the Black Knight satellite. While some say it was first seen optically just before the turn of the 20th century most think the Soviets were the first to detect it as it passed Sputnik. The problem was sometimes it could be detected and other times it could not be found. On top of that there were times when more than one satellite was found. These satellites were orbiting in the opposite direction satellites launched by humans travel. They were also traveling up to three times faster than our satellites. The first Defense Department report contained the size and approximate weight of the Black Knight satellite, which was about 19 feet long and about 32,000 pounds in weight. The report came out at a time when we were not capable of launching anything of that size. The object was in a polar orbit. The government knew all this, but began to hide the facts by claiming this satellite was nothing more than one we launched. They said it was Discoverer V. Discoverer V weighed only 450 pounds and only stayed in orbit for about two months. It has been estimated the satellite we call Black Knight has been in orbit for at least 13,000 years. Some say it is even older. I have to admit I would like to know how anyone could date it but I will get to that later, as far as I can see we probably only know for sure it was up there since Tesla got a signal and even then we can't be sure it came from there. There are a lot of stories about this satellite, but one which I find quite interesting is a story which states the message the satellite is putting out has been decrypted. The following was said to be the message: "Start here. Our home is Upsilon Bootes, which is a double star. We live on the sixth planet of seven, coming from the sun, which is the larger of the two. Our sixth planet has one moon. Our fourth planet has three. Our first and third planets each have one. Our probe is in the position of Arcturus, known in our maps." It has been said the description given by the probe matches the positions of the planets in Upsilon Bootes 13,000 years ago and hence the age estimate. So why would any other culture put such a satellite in orbit around a planet, especially when the planet was supposedly inhabited by cavemen? I guess there could be several reasons why. One reason might be we were far more advanced in ancient times than we have been told. Another reason might be they wanted to watch our progress and felt by the time we had reached a point where we could travel to meet them we would be ready to join them in some kind of a confederation. There is also the possibility if the probe is really 13,000 years old the race that sent it might not exist anymore. The Black Knight satellite has become a sort of cult object. The stories about it just keep coming and they have probably added a lot of fiction to the discovery. The probe is there and for all we know, the latest secret missions by our newest spacecraft the X-37B might have had something to do with finding out more about the Black Knight. I am not saying it does, just that it might. This also makes me wonder if any of the space shuttle flights investigated it. There is at least one more thing we have to wonder about. If it is 13,000 years old might not the race that sent it also have progressed and is now routinely sending ships to this planet? They could account for at least some of the UFO sightings. He described the debris to appear as Aluminum Foil, but he noticed when you were to bend the material it would bounce back to its original form. As soon as his Commanding officer heard that he secretly took some debris home with him, the commanding officer made him hold pieces of a weather balloon to convince the public it was nothing more than a failed weather balloon. This was the start of the UFO cover up. Have you noticed an advance of technology during the 1950's well Conspiracy theorists think that we achieved this level of technology by the United States Government using and modifying extraterrestrial technology. Conspiracy Theorists say that night vision goggles were most likely built from the eye of an extraterrestrial pilot. All of this technology has been achieved a few years after the Roswell incident occurred. Several men like Boyd Bushman have come forward during their last months before dying revealing all sorts of Government secrets. Bushman claimed he experienced and worked with extraterrestrial technology. Bushman also claimed that he visited the mysterious Military Base known as Area 51 which was not acknowledged as an actual place until 2013 when the CIA revealed its existence. While working at Area 51 he claimed to have met several extraterrestrial beings. He also supplied the interviewers with photos of alien beings. One being called J-rod, which was the nickname the workers at area 51 gave this alien since they did not speak the same language. They also had to develop a different type of way for them to communicate. The wow signal was another sign of alien life detected on August 15th 1977 by Jerry Ehman while working on an SETI project at the Big Ear Radio telescope of the Ohio State University. The signal also was claimed to had lasted 72 seconds. Which is the longest recorded signal recorded. While Jerry was reviewing the data he was so impressed he wrote Wow! On the side of the paper. Which gave the Wow signal its name. The Canadian Politician known as Paul Hellyer revealed that the U.S has been working with aliens, and also revealed that aliens had been visiting earth for thousands of years. These types of almost religions are entering the Western World in many ways such as the Jeti Religion or the spiritual movement. Recently a participant in our Online Think Tank stated that one cannot stop the incoming thoughts feeding human minds from the Universe only suppress them, do nothing or observe the thought. Indeed this is in itself an interesting set of theories and there is some truth to impulse stemming from outside influences on the human mind. For instance FEAR or severe stress will initiate a fight or flight response or even cause one to think about the stimuli and potential actions to take; do nothing? So is this actually a revelation or is it applying unknown quantities to known psychological responses to prove half a point and ask you to infer the rest? But if one does get a thought or impulse and chooses not to act on it, then in fact even if the thought was not one's own they can control it by choice; same thing as denying the thought a place to grow. It is therefore exhibiting freewill. Ever tempt fate? I have but as one wise singer says; "Fate Should Not Tempt Me" so there! Strength of Character, power and control of your own mind and in this potential case that the thoughts are coming from the Universe, then if that were true then you have the control over said system as well. So in this scenario, an entity (human), which can control their own thoughts or anothers, controls all or causes change to a large degree. All thoughts should be observed whether or not they are acted upon. You can learn from thoughts, regardless of how you come about them; that is to say through intuition, observation, experience, learning or in this potential scenario from the Universe itself. Astral projection is the term for what is commonly called out-of-body experience or OBE. Dimensions and worlds exist all around us every day and most people are unaware of their existence. All nonphysical dimensions are levels of existence vibrating at a higher frequency than the physical universe. That means that the planes of existence are invisible and undetectable to the five senses and to all scientific means available. A unique ability that can be acquired through practice is "Astral Sight". This ability allows one to see into the astral dimension. This ability may also be used naturally by those individuals that possess some clairvoyant ability. "Astral Sight" allows the observer to see other projectors, thought forms, astral beings, wildlife, and spirit beings. As you can see this ability may seem unbelievable to most but I can assure you it exists from personal experience. A very interesting place than can be visited within the astral planes is the "Akashic Records". Reaching the Akashic Records can be as simple or as hard as you make it. One of the most important factors that determines your success is the ability to silence your minds inner thoughts. It is a skill that has to be learned but I can assure you, the reward is well worth the effort. Another piece of useful knowledge I want to share with you is that it is very important when trying to reach the Akashic Records that you are in a place of love. If you are in a place of negativity you will most likely not achieve your goal. Astral projection is a very useful skill to possess when trying to reach the Akashic records and will benefit you tremendously. My goal in this article is to help increase your personal spiritual growth. Astral projecting can be facilitated by the technology of binaural beats. Binaural beats have sound waves consisting of two distinct signals that are relayed to the ears with head phones. When these two signals are heard simultaneously by the ears it causes the brain to create a 3rd frequency to compensate the difference. All binaural beats are designed for the purpose that best suits the situation. For example, an astral projection binaural beat would be designed so that the difference between the two signals will be somewhere between 4 and 7 Hz. Using binaural beats while learning astral projection is a great way to make the whole process much easier. When the binaural frequencies are heard through headphones it induces conscious astral projections with ease. Astral Projection: 7 Step Technique Step 1 Choose a time during the day that is most comfortable to you. Stretch and lie down in a comfortable and quiet room of you choice. Step 2 Take a moment to focus on what you are about to do. Make it clear to yourself what you want to achieve and try your best to minimize distracting thoughts by coming back to your focus. Step 3 Concentrate on relaxing your physical body for several minutes. Make sure to relax each body part as you go deeper into a relaxed state. Step 4 Begin listening to your astral projection binaural beats with your headphones. I would suggest you set your player on repeat. Step 5 As you fall deeper and deeper into a trance state try to focus on the center of your fore head. The ideal place would be exactly where your third eye chakra is located. Imagine seeing a dot about 6 inches away from you third eye chakra and try to keep your focus on that position. Step 6 Now you should be in a total relaxed state mentally and physically. Remember, in order for a projection to take place it is important to have your mind awake and body asleep. When you finally reach the stage of feeling tingling all throughout your body, you are experiencing the symptoms of an OBE. All you have to do now is relax and remain calm until the tingling vibrations stop. Step 7 Step 7 is perhaps the most difficult step to accomplish. The tingling sensations will advance into a more serious vibration sensation all throughout your body. The illusion of your heart rate increasing is also a common symptom experience by beginners. It is crucial to remain calm and relaxed while you are experiencing these symptoms. To leave your body imagine that there is a rope hanging from above you. Now imagine that you are pulling yourself up. This technique worked great for me and induced an OBE on the 3rd try. Akashic Records: The Library Of Empowerment Finding Your Spiritual Center... The Akashic Records is a dimension of consciousness that contains a record of every soul and it's journeys. The dimensional plane of existence that the Akashic Records exists on is timeless. The Akashic Records contains an abundance of knowledge that stores everything that every soul has ever thought, said, and done since the beginning of creation. It also contains possible future outcomes based on present events. The future is always subject to change based on the universal law of free will. One of the greatest teachers I have had the privilege of learning from is Dr. Steve G. Jones. He is an established clinical hypnotherapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. When I first began my journey into learning more about the spiritual nature of myself I found it hard to get useful information. When you discover your psychic ability through practice you will have what is necessary to advance your way into higher realms of existence. Do you think that folks who share stories about apparitions, or of speaking to mediums, or the millions of ordinary people who have reported EXTRAORDINARY experiences with spirit are simply too gullible for their own good? The truth is, after almost 15 years of studying, researching and writing about spiritual experiences of all types and stripes, I can honestly say that the vast majority of people I've met who HAVE had incredible "paranormal" experiences are as sane and centred and well grounded as the skeptics who believe all of this is new age nonsense. As a matter of fact... I used to BE one of those people who thought everyone who believed in any sort of "woo woo" was a bit wacko myself, and belittled my fair share of friends and family members who claimed to have had spiritual experiences before I had my own. So what changed my own mind about ghosts, apparitions and the survival of consciousness after the death of the physical body? I had what is called a "crisis apparition" where a loved one, or in this case, a close friend and coworker, appeared to me at the moment of his death, in the middle of the night, to say "goodbye". This person lived 2000 miles away from me... in a different time zone, and yet, there he was, standing in my bedroom in the middle of the night, wordlessly waving goodbye a good 6 hours prior to my showing up for work in the morning and learning of his sudden and unexpected passing, at the very same time he appeared to me. Of course, even THIS wasn't enough to convince me - it took meeting with mediums and learning that this experience is not only NOT incredibly rare... it's actually incredibly common, and entire books have been written about this specific phenomena of apparitions of the very recently dead appearing to others many miles away... at their actual moments of demise. Did you know, for example, that 80% of people who lose a child will report a spontaneous visitation from that child at some point within 12 months of their passing? Or, that in about ? of those cases... the appearance of that child is witnessed independently by 2 or more people... making the idea of wishful thinking or imagination or even outright fabrication FAR less likely? Or, the thousands of reported cases of apparitions appearing to spouses of soldiers, or to parents or family and friends... often at the exact moment of their recorded demise and thousands of miles away, to let their families know that they are okay, and not to grieve for their loss? Or how about the families of 9/11 victims, who have shared incredibly similar stories of being visited by their loved ones since the terrible tragedy of the twin towers? More than a few dozen of these families have gone on record in books documenting this experience, with their incredibly inspiring, and eerily similar stories of spiritual visitations that have uplifted them, giving them hope that they WILL one day meet again. The truth is, as a former skeptic and cynic and debunker of ALL things paranormal... and now as one who writes about this stuff full time, I have absolutely no doubt that the human personality endures after the death of the physical body. I also have no doubt that there is true MEANING in the world... and that our lives are imbued with a purpose that is far beyond our ability to fully comprehend.
